      We are looking for someone who has the ability and gifting in leadership and teaching--and at the very least, has the ability and desire to learn and lead our tech outreach and in house tech strategy.  Someone with a tech ability/knowledge is a huge bonus.  But we are looking for leadership qualities first, teaching/communication ability second, and tech ability third.  This role is for a leader of leaders--who thrives in a team environment, loves people, and truly believes he succeeds when their team succeeds.
